Hotel Odalys – Kommunikation sehr schwer
Zur Zeit stellt sich die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel Odalys, das sich direkt auf dem Show-Gelände befindet, als sehr schwierig heraus. Das Hotel ist ohnehin sehr spärlich mit Personal ausgestattet und der aktuelle Hotel-Manager ist älterer Generation und antwortet quasi nie auf E-Mail anfragen. Bitte nehmt die Kontaktaufnahme für die Buchung der Zimmer per Telefon vor. Üblicherweise ist jemand von 9-11 und von 15-17 Uhr an der Rezeption. Ausserhalb dieser Zeiten ist die Kontaktaufnahme nochmals schwieriger.

Currently, it is very hard to contact somebody at the hotel Odalys which is situated directly at the show ground. The number of employees is quite low anyway and the current hotel manager is a elderly guy not really familiar with e-mail. Therefore he almost never answers any e-mails. Please try to contact him by telefon. Usually the reception is open from 9-11 a.m. and from 3-5 p.m.. Beyond this periods it is once more difficult to reach him.But if you do not like this attitude we suggest to book your rooms in one of the other hotels quite close to the show grounds.
